I. General

3.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saveto AI will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

IV. Fees and Payment (If Applicable)

1.Certain features or portions of the Service may be offered on a paid basis. The applicable prices, billing terms, and subscription details will be displayed in the Service interface or on the relevant purchase page.

V. User Content and License

1.“User Content” means any data, prompts, text, files, media, or other materials you input, upload, submit to, or generate through the Service, including the Service’s outputs to you.

2.You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and submit such User Content in connection with the Service.

3.To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights in User Content you are legally entitled to, but you grant Saveto AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service. If you do not want your content used for model training or improvement, the scope of this license should be adjusted accordingly in your final version.

4.You represent and warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights) and does not violate any applicable law. You will be solely responsible for any claims arising from your User Content and agree to indemnify Saveto AI for any resulting losses or damages in accordance with these Terms.

VI. Intellectual Property

1.The Service, including all software, source code, models, algorithms, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by or licensed to Saveto AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Saveto AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

3.Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service or the content therein, nor use the Service to build competing products or services.

2.Saveto AI does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for third-party services or content, and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them. You use third-party services at your own risk.

X. Disclaimers

1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and Saveto AI makes no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.Saveto AI does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any output or content generated by the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

3.You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and its outputs. For high-risk or specialized domains (such as medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions), you should not rely solely on the Service and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

XI. Limitation of Liability

1.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saveto AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

2.To the extent permitted by law, Saveto AI’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to Saveto AI for the Service during a reasonable look-back period (for example, the three months) immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you use the Service free of charge, Saveto AI’s liability may be further limited or excluded as allowed by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saveto AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

Saveto AI may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with Saveto AI in the defense of such claim.

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Saveto AI is registered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through good-faith negotiations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Saveto AI is registered, unless applicable law requires a different forum or dispute resolution mechanism.
